Rules

1. Please only submit your site.
2. Only nominate your site in 6 of the categories.
3. Put the code up on your site before or right after you have submitted your form.
4. Make sure the code is in a visible place, I should only have to take up to two minutes looking for it.
5. Put Cadillac where it says 'Top Down, Seat back, rollin in my' in the nominate form, so I know you've read the rules.
6. When voting starts you are allowed to vote for your own site once in each category it is nominated in.
7. If you haven't followed the rules your site will not be accepted.
8. Please put the full url to your site in the nominate form. (ie: http://www.geocities.com/you...no .tk or anything like that, they dont show for me)
9. Please no nominating your site if it is on Hiatus, and no putting your site on Hiatus once you've nominated it.
