Best Graphics- For sites with great graphics (wallpapers, layouts, free stuff, the whole package basically)
Best Layouts- For sites that always have amazing layouts.(layouts MUST be made by you)
Best Gallery- Sites with awesome galleries(must have more then 3 sections)
Content
Best Content - May not have a lot of content but content is very good.
Most Content- Sites with lots of content for visitors.
Most Interactive- For sites that have lots of interesting things for their visitors to do.(quizzes, games, etc)
Most Organized - Content is well organized and easy to navigate.
Others
Most Updated- Sites that are updated regularly.
Most Dedicated- For sites that show the most dedication to making their site the best it can be
Most Original- For sites that show the most originality in all aspects of the site.
Most Original/unique Name - Sites with original/unique name.
Best Myspace Fansite - For all those who have a myspace as their website (eg. Team Joel, Addicted to Joel Madden)
Most Active Forum - For sites that have very active forums

Best WebMiss/Master- All nominees go in this category, so if there are two or more owners of a site, who ever enters the site to be nominated gets their name put up in this category.
Fan Choice- All sites get entered into this category,and then we let the fan's decide who is the best.
Carrie's Choice- All sites get entered into this category, I will pick the one I find to be the best overall. In general my favorite of the season.
